BEng (Hons) MSc

Farhan started with Webb Yates Engineers in 2023. He has quickly gained experience on several interesting projects, including the building services design for the refurbishment and extension of a school in Islington, the design of external lighting for a public square at the heart of a new residential community in Southwark, and the strip-out and upgrades of electrical services as part of the modernisation of a town hall in Greenwich.

A detail-focused and agile engineer, he is highly skilled in electrical design, lighting design, LV distribution, and the design of fire alarm and security systems. He is passionate about using his knowledge to create sustainable and net-zero spaces.

Farhan graduated from London South Bank University with a BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering and Power Electronics in 2018, and went on to gain varied electrical engineering experience at a London-based MEPH consultancy, where his key experience included a new headquarters building in Milton Keynes for an international bank, an electric vehicle charging facility for the head office of a leading UK contractor, and a luxury hotel on the Greenwich Peninsula. He went on to gain an MSc in Power Systems Engineering from University College London in 2022.
